We're starting to get steady rain in my neck of the woods. Winds are pretty light, but I just heard Clearwater Beach has clocked 50 mph gusts. It should be an interesting evening. Stay dry!

We're drying out and warming back up after the rain and humidity. According to Weather.com we're supposed to be staying under 110 for the next week, so at least it shouldn't be quite as unbearably hot.

It's cooled down a tiny bit today, it's only 108 right now, which isn't bad since the last few days its been 110+ by now.

We've actually been getting different weather the last couple days. Yesterday morning, we got a thunderstorm with quite a bit of lightning, thunder, and rain. We also got a little bit of rain earlier this afternoon, it was fairly heavy, but didn't last very long.
