64 degrees, rainy and very cool.
14C and mainly cloudy.
It was 43 degrees yesterday here in Syracuse and only got up to 62. So I had to put the heat on, was hoping for some non-utilites day but I guess not. It was 45 degrees this morning but its now 54 degrees at 12:30pm.
65 F and mostly cloudy. Very fall-like and cool.

rather warm and sunny after a terribly foggy night. Visibility was less than 50 yards this morning when I drove back from my parents. It's getting quite autumn-ish now 
I found teh first ripe walnut and the chestnuts are dropping from the trees. I wonder about the kids today - in my time no chestnut would have escaped us. Now, hardly anyone collects any; they all get mashed by the cars and pedestrians Quite a pity because they are so beautiful (the chestnuts, I mean).
