Cool and wet. Had some rain earlier.
90 F. Still no rain.
We went from sunny and a high in the mid seventies yesterday, to pouring rain and the mid fifties today; with clouds and rain projected through next week.

Monday we reached a high of 28° here (82.4°F). In early October. It was crazy.
Today the high was a much more seasonal 13° (55.4°F) That's more like what it's supposed to be around this time of year... but I found myself missing the 28°.
The great Nor'easter storm blew in today and was nothing like the big bad storm they had been predicting. It rained some, no downpours. It was never very windy except for about half an hour. We've had some wild ones in the past, but this was piddly. Thank goodness.
Our high October 12 was 80F, I am irrigating today, even though they forecast rain Monday afternoon. We usually don't get as much as is predicted, and I can't irrigate again from the District until next Sunday. Extra water now won't hurt anything later.
It's entirely too dry here, drought conditions again.
