What's your favorite SG clip show episode?

"Citizen Joe" has some cute moments, particularly the Jonas Quinn name-drop and the revelation that O'Neill has been having visions of Joe for the last 7 years. But overall, it's one of those awkward lets-make-fun-of-our-own-fans episodes that I find really distasteful.

Oh, I didn't see it like that at all. While it poked fun at fandom in general, I think ripped more on the show itself. For example, I loved the line where after "A Hundred Days" is "written", some of the customers are wondering if O'Neil's love interest is pregnant or not and the response is "You'll have to wait for the sequel."

I've like all the SG-1 clip shows and agree that Letters is the best SG:A one.

Watching Citzen Joe the other day I was reminded how much fun it is. And yes, poking fun at the fans and themselves did make it even better. His wife liking the character dynamics more than the action was classic.

I have no favorite clip show of any show ever. I hate the entire concept. Was Stargate a little more clever with their clip shows than others? Maybe, but I don't care. Every Stargate clip show for me went something like:

"Oh great, new episode"

*watches until first clip*

"What a bunch of fucking bullshit!"

*glares angrily at the screen for the rest of the episode*

By the time Citizen Joe was aired - they were between big bads, had done alot of the heavy stuff which gained the show recognition and were just treading water until the finale - which is why I love Citizen Joe.

Dan Castellaneta running down the street in the middle of the night screaming "Daniel's dead!!!" had me in stitches.
