Pick your top three. :)

Note that there are of course variations off the "hero" uniforms we see, so I'm asking about the collection of uniforms as a whole, including skirts, bowtied-EMHs, et. al. It feeds into the "look" of Starfleet in a given era. I'm skipping notable cameos from other shows/eras, or examples that may come from some unknown era but are not fully shown "collections", for this thought exercise.

And I struggled a bit as to whether the SNW uniforms should be separate. They serve concurrently with the Discovery era uniforms, though ALL the examples came from one ship (Tribble commercial aside), and arguably it'll be rolled out fleetwide at some point... But I digress.

Thoughts?

The late 2390s in PIC for me--a simple design that may actually be the first Star Trek uniform that's comfortable to truly wear. I really can't stand any of the uniforms in DIS, but I do think the early 2380s design in LD works well for an animated series.

Strange New Worlds is top, aside from the collar.
Discovery a follow up, though it reminds me of a track suit.
Lower Decks is a reasonable extrapolation but I like the boots.

Picard flashbacks, Lower Decks, & SNW.

I don’t dislike the Disco uniforms from S1-2. But I don’t know what divisions the gold & silver are supposed to be representing, so I don't really know what to make of the uniforms either.

Based upon the badges gold is command and silver is sciences.

Honestly, none of them are great. I went with SNW because it looks nicest. It's too bad, but they have yet to top the "Delta Racer" from Voyager and the FC-era dress uniforms.

Either LD's or that one DSC illustration with the red outfits with vertical piping I saw a few weeks ago.

Ooh, I'm glad multiple choices are allowed as this is difficult to choose between my three favourites. I love the Disco Blues with the metallic division colours and asymmetry, but despise the boots - too chunky and "busy". I haven't seen any of the SNW Short Treks, but I've seen screencaps and pictures, and rather like the colourful amalgam of TOS and Disco styles. My final choice is the LDS uniform - it's simple, distinctive, and evocative of the TNG uniform, although I'd like to see some variants in upcoming season(s).
(I don't like any of the Picard or 32nd century uniforms)

- I love these uniforms! Distinctive, detailed, and the white just pops!

Late 2390s PIC. Still doesn't look as good as the old First Contact / DS9 uniform though.
They should have saved themselves some cash and just used the grey/blacks in the flashbacks. They take place not very long after Nemesis anyway.

All their old uniforms were sold off at auction after Nemesis tanked and Enterprise was cancelled. The cost was the same as remaking the old uniforms and new ones was a new merchandising opportunity.

How is that saving money? If the uniforms were not preserved they would need to be repaired. Most Star Trek props get sold off or whatnot after production is done. Studios don't hold on to things like fans would.

Still had to pay someone to design a second new uniform that's barely seen and makes Starfleet look like they change uniforms every year.

Starfleet already looks like that. And storage isn't cheap either. Paying someone to make a new uniform would have been cheaper in the long run than storing uniforms for almost 20 years hoping they might some day use them.

It's not on here for some reason, but I'm liking the newest Disco uniforms in the 32nd century. That and the uniform variants seen in The Trouble with Edward.
