The klingon bird of prey and any klingon ships.
Negh'Var, but I'm biased from so many years playing Star Trek Armada.
As others have said, either the D7/K't'inga or the D'deridex - iconic designs, imho. Although I'd have to give a thumbs-up to the person above who said the Romulan warbirds from Nemesis - they were one of the bits of that film that I liked.

Too bad I can't vote for DS9, given that it's not a ship. Otherwise, that's where my vote would go.

Ditto. I like the Suurok-class, too. The Vulcan ships were pretty cool.

It's just the best value for money all-rounder for a guy trying to do shit in the galaxy with only a handful of friends / associates. IMHO.
Small, nimble, reliable, small crew required, planetfall capable, capable of going places those other glorified grand-fleet penis-envy ships won't... plus if and when the shit hits the fan it has an unusually high arse kicking capability for a ship of its size.
And the icing on the cake... it can turn fucking invisible.
Basically if you want to be Han Solo in the Trekverse, you want a KBOP for your Millenium Falcon.
Just about anybody who is anybody in ST has had one at some point. The HMS Bounty, Dukat's BOP, the BOP taken over by those augments... You can arse and fart about with runabouts or shuttles or raider fighters... but when you score a Bird of Prey, you're kicking it up a league or two. Pretty much anything you need to do with a starship you can do with a BOP but it's so compact and minimalist it's just... ideal.
It's like the AK-47 of ST ships.
