If there is alcohol involved, I'm in.Another true neutral here. We should set up a club and be neutral together. We could have tepid non-debates, and discuss how nice the weather is this week.
I could actually vote that.We could also rally in front of our local courthouses and in public squares with gray flags and signs that read "We protest all action everywhere."
Soon thereafter, we could sponsor our own Neutral political party. Our presidential candidate would use the tagline "Nothing that you can't believe in."
<Morden>What do you want?</Morden>I object to my chaotic neutral class being described as not caring. Quite the opposite. I see chaos as the sole impetus for challenge and change, so that we do not stagnate, or become the mindless minions of blind allegiance. It is the power of reaction, the expression of mind, and the essence of adaptation. Chaos is the very mark of sentience.
I always considered the Chaotic Neutral alignment characters to be random in their thoughts and actions yet, as per its neutral morality, committing to neither the good nor evil paths. Some might even consider them insane as a result.I object to my chaotic neutral class being described as not caring. Quite the opposite. "true neutral" [is] not someone who just doesn't care (that would be rather Chaotic Neutral imo).

Seriously, could somebody make a Star Trek chart with examples? That'll make it a lot more clear to me...![]()
You know, whether your "morals" are Good, Neutral or Evil; and whether your "ethics" are Lawful, Neutral, or Chaotic.

Site's down at time of typing, but based on yours & wiki's description, I suspect I'd be Lawful Neutral, possibly shading into either Neutral Good or Neutral Evil.
When the site's working again, I'll try to remember to do the quiz & see if I'm right!![]()

Neutral
A neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. He doesn’t feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most neutrality is a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil. After all, she would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. Still, he’s not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. Some neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. The common phrase for neutral is "true neutral." Neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you act naturally, without prejudice or compulsion.
