What's going to tank at the box office?

I think that too.
It's hard to choose for me, but the most likely (IMHO, that's a loosely used term here) is Speed Racer. I'm hoping it will be enjoyable, but who knows.
Yeah, Speed Racer is going to bite-it HARD. Doesn't look appealing at all.
Probably not. New Line's operations are being folded into Warner Bros, leaving New Line as a shell of a company with a much smaller staff than before. WB is mostly going to use the New Line brand to release low to moderate budget horror and action films (going back to New Line's original bread and butter). It's only slam dunk properties like The Hobbit that will still be financed as big budget films and released under the New Line banner. The Golden Compass made considerably more money overseas than in North America, but the domestic box office was so weak that it likely scuppered any chance of a sequel.
I think Prince Caspian will be very successful. Disney and Walden certainly have great confidence in it. The third Narnia film is already deep into pre-production and scheduled to start filming in June. If Prince Caspian disappoints they could pull the plug at the last minute, but I don't think that'll happen.
As for Speed Racer, I think it'll be neither a smash hit nor a flop. I think it'll have middling box office relative to its budget. Out of the big, expensive summer films, the one I think that's most likely to bomb is Wanted.
I agree with everyone who said Speed Racer, it just looks bad and I don't really see it appealing to many people.

Speed Racer looks like if you too a '60s hippie's LSD-induced delusions and recreated them with mediocre CGI, put them in a video mixer with Power Rangers episodes and Batman and Robin; and then released it expecting your audiance to all be watching it with 106* fevers and having just taken a liter of Benadryl.
Speed Racer will definitely tank. Wanted also has the potential to be a flop. But it wouldn't surprise me if Hulk flopped big time.
I don't think so. Don't forget, youth culture today has been heavily influenced by manga and anime; the colors and stylings aren't so much retro as they're Japanese.

Happening, perhaps. M.Night has left a bad tast in many a moviegoers mouth of late. Its lower likely budget might keep it out of tanker/flop status entirely.
Wanted might underperform but not tank. Jolie will get a fair number of butts in seats opening weekend but it might not have legs.
Get Smart with Steve Carrell, Anne Hatheway and Dwayne Johnson(no longer using "The Rock" moniker). I actually think it looks good but Hollywood does not have a good track record with translations of shows from Get Smarts era.
Depending on its budget it could be a tanker.
I'm feeling good about Incredible Hulk but I recognize its obstacles. I hope there is a strong media blitz for it and its trailer before Iron Man knocks 'em out of the park. As someone in another thread said Iron Man has achieved great public awarness and penetrated the common psyche. Few movies do that and Incredible Hulk has yet to do so. Still I hope it does decently.

Speed Racer would be fun to watch with a bunch of friend's stoned, but that's just about it. Though it might defy all expectations.
I have a feeling that Iron Man will be box-office king this summer (or close to it) and that Hulk will do "ok". I wonder how that would bode for Marvel Studios. If they do well this year, it will mean a lot more Marvel heroes on the big screen.

speed racer looks awesome, why does everyone think it will be bad?
I think The Incredible Hulk will make about the same amount as Hulk, which would be an underperformance given The Incredible Hulk is carrying a production budget of $150 million. So Marvel's self-financing venture will likely lead off with a hit in Iron Man and a disappointment in The Incredible Hulk.
