"Kate goes to extreme measures to save Ben's life when Jack refuses to help. Meanwhile, Kate begins to tell the truth about the lie in order to protect Aaron." - Wikipedia

That's right, folks, it's gonna be a Kate episode. Stick around for the fun.

*places a remote out on the table*

There's the clicker. No one'd blame you.

There should be some good on island stuff goin' on with Saving Little Ben :p

Kate: the biggest mystery on Lost!

I don't really mind Kate but her episodes usually suck out loud :(

In any event I think I'll be able to actually participate tonight for the first time in weeks. I keep saying that but I inevitably get Lost guests dropping by. Tonight I'm taking the phone off the hook and locking the fucking door

The good news: Tonight's is written by Lindelof and Cuse who pretty much always deliver standout episodes.

The bad news: It's a Kate episode.

I honestly can't call this one in advance.

Damon and Carlton really are the shit. Not surprisingly, they have relatively few Kate episodes between them. It breaks down like this:

Damon:
Tabula Rasa
Whatever The Case May Be
I Do (The best Kate ep yet, IMO)
Left Behind

Carlton:
I Do (with Damon)

Clearly Carlton's sporting the better record here, but still. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

"Whatever The Case May Be" was indeed bad. "I Do" had the benefit of Nathan Fillion and a reasonable Island story to help it along. The flashbacks (as usual) for a Kate episode weren't great but they were as good as they ever got.

Also it wins for this: "Kate dammit, RUN!"

Well I KNEW that's what he said to Kate!

Might actually be a good Kate episode

After a few minutes of recap and a few minutes of show I'm already in the Lost zone. Anxiously awaiting with raised blood pressure and giddy smile on my face.
