What Would Janeway have named her baby with Q if they'd did it?

Guy Gardener

Fleet Admiral
Admiral
It seems like a stupid question, actualy it is a stupid question, but I could really see Kathy resisting letting Q saddle her kid with that boring family name... Or would she?

the siring of q2 was sort of unspectacular, but so were the shooting irons used in the q-civil war, and in real world, they were supernovae. i wonder what the sex scene looked like outside the continuum, maybe a massive black hole swallowing a galaxy?

In honor of the bloke from deathwish?

Janeway has dogs.

You have to remember that dogs don't live long.

Probably cycled from a few litters.

She's already used up the good names she likes.

Unless Kathryn was going to name a baby after a dog?

I was thinking that too but Janeway said in Void that she had no place for pirates on her ship.

Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Well, she was willing to ditch her kids from Paris on some world, maybe she'd just drop R off somewhere too...

Q said that they could explore new dimensions together.

Toms kids, well?

They could explore old marshes together?

A better question:

If Q would have sent them home for one baby, what could they have gotten for two?

Remember the lesson from Q Who?

Is Picard so proud, is he willing to die rather than admit that he is out of his depth and needs some help?

Janeway was supposed to learn this lesson during Sacred Ground, but I don't think it stuck.

Well, she was willing to ditch her kids from Paris on some world, maybe she'd just drop R off somewhere too...

It wasn't her fault the lizard babies were abandoned! She & Tom were stunned & kidnapped from their new home by Chakotay & Tuvok!!!

:rommie:

Also, the SNW story about those three babies had 'em named after Voyager's senior staff, of all damned things...

If you name them Tom Dick and Harry, then you have to do one of two things, admit that Rick Berman is a phantom crewman, or that Chakotay had a christian name which no one wanted to use.

The worst derivation of Richard I can think of is "Dicky"

Dicky Chakotay.
