What would happen if Stargate people encountered Stormtroopers?

The hand device shoots a wide blast of force. I don't think a lightsaber would block it. The hand device has also been shown to block Zat fire. So maybe force lightning would also be blocked.

Both the Jedi and Sith have been shown to easily best anyone not using the magical mary-sue force, so doubtless a sith lord could just rip the device off the system lord's hand with a flick of his/her wrist.

The real question is which one would stop running his running mouth first, and finally get on with it.

Sith Lord: "You will now know the power of the Dark Side."

*several minutes later*

System Lord: "Sith, cree!!"

Sith Lord: "I sense fear in you."

*about an hour later*
