I remember hearing that in the "Young Indy" T.V. show that Harrison actually appeared for a cameo on on episode and said, directly to the camera, that he had a daughter. It would be awesome if, for the next movie, it turnd out that Willie Scott was, indeed, the mother of that daughter, so that this franchise could, somehow, continue without a reboot. Mutt's certainly not up to the challenge! But nothing will ever compare to RAIDERS, whomever the torch gets passed to ...

That would be great considering the franchise won't be able to survive with Shia alone. He would just serve as comic relief.

I don't recall Indy mentioning a daughter in that Young Indy cameo episode.
I do recall a teenage girl during the "Old Indy" intro's who could've been a niece or grand daughter but when they put those on DVD Lucas edited those out.

The wiki entry for Young Indy states what the purported season 3 would've been. Introducing Abner Ravenwood and his daughter was the plan!
