Mine has to be a toss up between the Cardies and the Borg Queen. After reading and watching interviews with Alice Krige and Susanna Thompson, it sounds like a grueling process. Alice and Susanna have Borg balls of steel.

I think the job they did with T'Pol the Vulcan Sub Commander was oustanding. There are different earpoint locations and wigs to match her emotions. Her Vulcan signature bangs are constantly moved around to suit the scene. Best hair and makeup in Trek.

Sounds like she and Spock have more in common than I thought.
