Hey i was thinking about an episode of TNG that i saw awhile back but i cant remember the name of it. It was around season 2 and it feature this awesome race that needed a federation colony off of its world and some stuff happened and all i really remember is that data kissed this chick 2 times. can anyone tell me the name of the episode and the sweet aliens that were on it.

There was 2 things that were memorable about this episode. One, the hot chick on the planet, and 2, Picard playing the Shiliak's game and wiping off the plaque. It was just pure awesome.
