What was the one question Janeway got wrong in Academy Days?

I just rewatched this particular episode a couple weeks ago and still can't remember, so now I KNOW my short term memory is going under, but maybe one of you can help.

The scene goes like this: There's some sort of problem the crew's trying to solve. Janeway's in astrometrics I believe, and something (something purplish) is on the astrometrics view screen, and when Janeway see's it she's all "well, I'll be, that kept me from getting an A in something or other." I believe it's some sort of organic, genetic thing, but I could be mistaken. Does anybody else recall this? I know there are other times when something similar has happened--like in Relativity when we're back in the AQ before Voyager leaves and that Admiral beams on board and quizzes Janeway, but that's not the moment I'm talking about. I hope someone can help out. Thanks!

I would guess something to do with temporal mechanics.

LOL, good one. She did always have trouble with timey wimey.

I seem to remember though that in this instance it was some sort of organic molecule or other...Man, I can *almost* remember it! I hope someone knows, otherwise a Voyager marathon may have to be on..

If it helps, I know it was one of the later episodes (post bun of steel)..

The episode is "The Fight". Janeway is trying to figure out what is happening to Chakotay. Here are the lines from the script:

JANEWAY: It was the only question I missed in exo-genetics my senior year.
EMH: The nucleotide resonance frequency.
JANEWAY: That signal was designed to activate DNA.
EMH: It realigned his molecular bonds.
