What usernames should NEVER be changed?

Kirk's Tights I laugh every time I see that. I'm laughing now.

Also Serial Thread Killer has one of those names that makes everyone say damn I wish I'd thought of that one.

IJD GAF. It took me months to figure out what that stood for. Haven't seen him in a long time though - did he change his name?

I always loved names like da woim. :( And Barcode. I get a kick out of clever plays on words for names.

I won't ever change mine. Sakrysta is my Trek alter-ego; she's been with me so long, I could never abandon her. :) I think I tried being The Rowan when I first registered at Terran, but it was confusing, and I missed Sakrysta. ;)
 
I think Colonel Worf would be a cool username for me. ;)

I only changed because someone registered under Colonel_Worf and I was told "tough crap." :lol:

You could always change it to "Bumblebee."

I've only been here since 2003, but my use of "Guartho" as my online name might predate TrekBBS itself. I'm not sure when I first used it, but it was likely 1997 and could have been as early as 1995. So I'm not changing it, even if you allow me to. :)

Yeah, I got kinda sad when "Colonel Worf" wasn't around for a while. Then I realized you had just changed your name.
 
My vote is for thestrangequark. Her username, like herself, is one of a kind.

And I also vote for myself. I have had three other usernames here over the last seven years ( Robot'iklan, Mog the Dog & AntiDrone) but I love my latest incarnation. So I have decided I am never changing it since I think it fits so darn well. :bolian:

RJDiogenes is the only username I've ever had, since about ten years before I joined TrekBBS. I made it up on the spot in desperation when the three names I was prepared with were already taken. :rommie:

Agreed.

Once in a while I consider changing my name. I did it once, and returned to my original name. Every time I think about doing it, I change my mind because I just know I'm going to go back and ask for it to be returned to my old name. I'm my own brand now. It just wouldn't be right to change it. :D

I like my name because, well, it's my actual NAME. I'm not nearly creative or interesting enough to have another.
