as a group i liked Enterprise..

but for an indivual i like Worf.

Well, with TOS, it was great because as a kid I really felt that these guys could be out in space actually doing these things. It was scary and exciting to a point.

Also, no sci-fi show had done it in quite that way. Lost in Space, for instance, was garbage. Trek was cutting edge.

For me it will be TMP and the refit Enterprise and the way she was presented in that movie.

It looked and felt and sounded so real.

Yeah, I have to say that these were most impressively done.

Sometimes I play one of those video clips of SoA on my computer, just so I can be wowed by it all over again!

For me it's the characters, the stories, and the incredible universe that grew and expanded for 40 years.

And I also love the fleet vs. fleet battles in the Dominion War. In fact, I really like the whole Dominion War, IMO it gave us some of Trek's best on screen stories.

What ur favourite thing about Star Trek?

For me, it's Starfleet. Regardless of what era, I like the whole concept of a multipurpose space agency based loosely off Earth's oceangoing navies. My favorite episodes were generally ones in which more than one Starfleet ship was involved or featured various Starfleet facilities.

I suppose I didn't take so warmly to VOY and ENT because there wasn't much of that in them for me...

To me, Star Trek is always at its best when it's a morality play about what the fundamental nature of the state ought to be.

Me too! Right at the beginning of every DS9 episode, there it is.

Other than that: the characters, the stories, the Dominion and the whole being-in-space thing.
