What TOS episode is this from?

I'm having a total meltdown at the moment, and can't for the life of me figure out which episode this pic is from:

At first I thought it was from Amok Time, but I don't remember the background looking quite like that in that episode. Reason I ask is because I bought it off of Ebay and plan getting it signed by him and thought it would be a nice little trivia of being able to say which episode the pic is taken from.

Oh and while we're at it, just making sure, this one is a promo-pic from TUC, right?
