What percentage of the characters should be Human?

There were a few episodes of DS9 where none of the Human characters appeared.

 

[Paradise City]

If they want to reflect the TOS era. I suppose it's gotta be mostly humans. But they may break with that I suppose. I'm indifferent personally.
