I am trying to remember what novel this bit of passage I remember came from. I think its either from Maximum Warp, or Federation, but I'm not sure. Its been a while since I've read a Star Trek novel and all the stories seem to have swirled together.
here is the bit I remember:
some science women is talking to the officers, explaining why the Enterprise is being sent to check out ____ phenomena, I don't remember exactly but it was something along the lines of "The Enterprise has encountered more subspace phenomena then we thought existed. Stardate... the enterprise is (mentions the episode where the enterprise and romulan warbird were frozen in time) Stardate ..... enterprise is trapped in a Temporal Causality Loop, What the hell is a temporal causality loop?"
It was a very memorable quote, but I can't seem to figure out exactly where it came from.
I know Its kind of a shot in the dark but can someone help me out?
