What kind of coffee bean/roast does Janeway drink?

When Janeway says 'Coffee, black', does the computer replicate Federation Blend 43, or did she program the replicators to emulate a medium roasted Arabica blend from Guatemala IV? Is Janeway a coffee hipster?

Also, that leads to another question, what does default replicator coffee taste like?

I suspect Janeway's default coffee is well the default one, after all Picard always had to order Tea Earl Grey, Hot.

Picard knows that if he were to order just "tea" the replicator would just give him plain black tea.

Apparently, it is even so non-standard that it wasn't programmed in the replicator at the time of Encounter at Farpoint (more precisely, during Picard's 'meanwhile, back into the past' scenes in All Good Things)..

I think she's too much of a coffee connoisseur to be drinking default blend unless circumstances force it.. although somehow she manages to put up with Neelix's coffee from time to time and I bet that tastes damn disgusting!
