What is your most prized Star Trek Collectible?

In my case I'd have to go with my Master Replicas Phasor, or perhaps my first paperback edition of "Making of Star Trek."

Of course, the phasor is also the worst because it; looks, sounds, feels, weighs, operates and acts like it really should; heat boulders, stun my wife, or vaporize the neighbors. But it doesn't. Very frustrating. Guess I'll go with the paperback.

my plain vanilla model kits of the enterprise. The also happen to be the only star trek merchandise i bought other than some DVDs.

Although i do recall getting one of those TMP happymeals back in '79 as a little kid...

That's a toughie. Probably my 3-D chess set, which is proudly displayed in my office at work, followed closely by my pewter Stargazer by Franklin Mint, also in my office. Third would be my diarama of "Dathon and Picard at El Adrill." Guess where that might be. That's it, though. There are no other Trek collectibles there. None. Zip. Zilch. Nada....except the commander insignia from TOS movies on my monitor's base. But that's all...and a mug with TOS's command insignia on it for my pens and my bat'leth letter opener.

A resin combadge made from the paramount molds. NOT the ones you buy in the set, just an actual one from the prop dept.

Do DVDs count? If so, its them. Its taken me forever to collect them, and I don't even want to think about the money it cost me.

Mine is perhaps the Playmates figures of all the main characters and ships of TOS, TNG, DS9 & VOY.

Another would be my display of all six Enterprises in perfect scale with one another.

I have a ton of the Playmates figures, so I guess I'd say those. I also have a lot of the model kits, but I did a pretty bad job on them so I'm not too attached. My Defiant is pretty nice though.

Mine would have to be both the original Franz Joseph tech manual and the 1701 blueprints. I purchased these in 1975 and they are still complete and in great condition.

A framed Star Trek poster with 8 signatures from the Original Series cast, all obtained in person.

I've got so many. I've got 70-80 TNG, DS9 and Voy. action figures, a toy Federation phaser, Klingon disrutpor, Bajoran phaser, D'k Tahg, TNG and TOS Tricorders, and a TOS communicator. Then I've also got the TNG Bridge Transporter (which actually makes them disapear)and shutlecraft for my figures. I've also got a sound effect and light up Vor'cha Cruiser, Ent.-D and Phoenix. Then I've got a bunch of the little ships for the little mini figure things. I was sill fairly young when they were on the air, so I pretty much got all of the toys as they came out.

Then I also have hand autographed pictures of Nichele Nichols, George Takei, Walter Koenig, and Chase Masterson, that I got at couple different conventions. Last but not least I also have a couple pewter figurines and a Quark's napkin from a Vegas trip I went on back in the late ninties.

I have a Lincoln Enterprises pamphlet of Star Trek items, mailed to me at about the time of the original Trek's cancellation. They were making a big deal out of the new IDIC pins they were selling. very primitive printing.

I've never been big on collectables, but I have ploughed my hard earned on owning the videos/DVDs over the years.

Having said that, I have the full set of Art Asylum Enterprise toys... figuring it's the only collection I could ever afford to complete!

"Star Trek" by James Blish, coypright January 1967.

On the back cover of the episode novelization lists Kirk, Spock, and Rand as "The Big Three."

That would support Shatner's story about Roddenberry making Nimoy wear one in the last season, so he (GR) could sell them post-trek.
