What Is Your Favorite Color?

Blue. Must be why I like Big Blue so much. :p

Most of my shirts are some variation of blue. Green's probably my second favorite color. I'm not fond of red or orange. I kind of like yellow, but not all shades of it.

My favorite color is blue, but it currently does not appear a lot in my current wardrobe. The blue comes and goes though.

Purple. My ex-mother-in-law used to say that I owned more purple clothing than anyone she'd ever known. In fact, I'm wearing a purple sweater right now.

Not sure I want to paint my new living room purple, though. Right now it's a sort of disgusting shade of green, and the bedrooms are dark blue and tan. I should decide soon, though, as I'm going to be buying new living room furniture when I move and I want it to match. (Maybe I'll decide on the colour of the walls based on the furniture instead of the other way around.)

Orange, hands down.

I'll probably be the only person to say that. ;)

My ex-husband once said, "I hate you. You can wear orange." I only have a couple of orange t-shirts in my wardrobe, though.

Basic, black as night BLACK. 90% of my wardrobe is black. If it were up to me, in this house the carpets, the curtains, the furniture, the kitchen counter, kitchen sink, kitchen appliances-(microwave, toaster, stove, fridge, dishwasher), the toilets, the bathroom sinks, the bathtubs would all be BLACK. Also, if it were up to me cell phones would only come in BLACK. You'd have to buy a cover if you wanted your cell phone to be a different color. Well, you have to do that now if the cell phone you have isn't the color you want and doesn't come in it or if you're planning to buy a new cell phone and the one you are planning to buy doesn't come in the color you want.

^ So, you're looking for a blue-eyed, brown-skinned woman who likes purple grapes. She should be pretty easy to find. ;)
But she also has to be into Science Fiction.

Purple. I love the color purple. It has the intensity and fire of red, but the cool, sweet tone of blue. I don't actually own any clothing that is purple, nor is there anything in the house that is purple. I do love it, though. Beautiful color.

^Ooh, I like the sound of white summer trousers.
I do occasioanly wear white or off white trousers, though I usually go for a black t-shirt/shirt when I'm wearing white trousers.

White (I prefer off-white) trousers are really great for summer; they work with almost any colour shirt. Big fan of them. If you want to branch out from black, try them with a pale blue cotton button-down collar shirt for a smart look, or a tropical-coloured linen shirt for something more fun and vivid.

I like the idea of "winter whites" too, though no longer have a pair of cream winter trousers. They can be quite striking on a frosty & sunny winter's day. I do have a pair of pale fawn flannel ones at the tailor's at the moment though, which will be a sort of cop-out substitute This reminds me to go pick them up at some point...

Purple's an interesting colour. I like it too, mainly because my narcissistic nature enjoys the association of it with imperial power. :p

Of course, associations change over time. It's also been a colour strongly associated with homosexuality at various time in both the 19th and 20th centuries, esp. in its lavender shade. And when it was discovered how to create it artificially, it became so widespread in fashion that the 1890s have been called the mauve decade. :)

Try it for ties; it's a surprisingly useful colour, esp. against pale blue shirts and mid-grey jackets/suits.

Everybody's cute. Everybody's cute! But in purple, you are STUNNING! (/blacks out)

(I was aching to quote that, thanks for delivering! :D)

I only have two linen shirts, 1 white and 1 dark blue. They do generally make you feel cool, during what is laughingly called the Summer in the UK.

I can see embracing 3 colors for variety...but don't know if I would settle on one. I am thinking Blue, Red & Yellow. :D

My favourite colours are green and black.

When I'm in a geeky mood, I sometimes think of my apartment as "the Bayou." But not many people get that reference any more.

ETA: I just discovered that MTG has a newer Black & Green land called the "Overgrown Tomb". That's actually more appropriate for my apartment.
