What is the yellow writing on the Enterprise in the image?

I did a screen capture of the Enterprise from "The Next Generation". There is some yellow writing on the ship that I can't make out and have never noticed it before completely watching the series. I have posted a screenshot and was wondering if someone else would like to shed some light on the writing.

The screenshot was taken from Star Trek: The Next Generation Episode 25. Time index 1:30:52 of 1:32:02 right before the executive producer credit appears on the screen.

I never saw that clearly enough in the show. I wasn't sure what it said until I saw the decal when I was putting together the model kit.
