What is the best race in Star Trek?

What is the best race in your opinion personally I would have chose borg but they are to mean so I will say Vulcan because it's only logical also the ferengi r pretty cool

I'm really enjoying all the Klingon episodes in TNG, which I'm currently re-watching.

I'm also more intrigued than ever with the Vulcans and miss them in TNG, though I know they make an appearance here and there.

I really liked the Andorians in Journey to Babel.

I might have to go with the Bajorans because they're the only race other than humans that wasn't relegated to expressing one exaggerated aspect of humans. Plus I love 'Healing the damaged' stories.

For me it would have to be the Klingons in TNG and the Ferengi in DS9. I split it up because both races were given such vastly differences representations on each show it seems silly to attempt an overall comparison. I like the honorable, tradition based culture of the Klingons on The Next Generation as well as the episodes involving Qo'noS. I like the Ferengi the most on DS9 mainly because of Quark and Rom but also because of the different aspects of their culture and personalities we get to see. Not all are greedy, ultra-capitalists, Rom, for example, is very family oriented and Nog is trying to get into Starfleet. now that I think of it the Trill are a close second.

One of my favorite races in Trek is nuChekov running to the transporter room to catch Kirk and Sulu before they go 'splat' after their fight on the Romulan platform. ("I can do that! I can do that!")

An intense scene that fit in well with the energy of the film and overall situation with Nero.
