By the time October hits, he could have been on ten thousand adventures before his "Water on Mars" adventure.

I would say right about now is when he's meeting up with a couple of his future (and past) incarnations for a future multi-Doctor story. Probably complaining because of the timey-wimey effects of the temporal distortion, dropping into his own future, has made him look older than normal. More than likely, the 14th or 15th Doctor is giving him a "My Doctor" speech right now...
