I watched the new Caifornication the other night where they're going on about "rape fantasies" and suddenly I have to wonder if how the Quicksilver beings got all that Human DNA wasn't so "polite" and what we actually saw was an already Quicksilver Voyager and crew "acting out" how they whish that their encounter with the original crew had actually gone if Janeway wasn't a super prude keeping her legs crossed screaming "hell no" as they took what they wanted by force.

Revisionistic history can be overcomplete sometimes.

Poor Janeway - she was damned if she did it and damned if she didn't. People on lower decks don't have to worry about everyone else knowing all their business. Of course on a ship with such a limited crew everyone would've known everyone's business. Another thread here somewhere asks if the rooms were soundproof. THAT is creepy!

I'd think that the rooms were not sound proofed. First because where ever you are, you can hear the engine humming, and second, at some point that you can't hear stuff all around you, a paranoid person might think that the vacuum is rushing in and smothering everyone.

Although? That would probably be very loud as the air is sucked out of Voyager?

But I digress - poor Harry probably was assigned to soundproofing the living quarters as much as possible.

Harry would have spent a month swapping sound proofing for holo emitters? Gods help him if he volunteered to put it all back to normal.
