Picard and Beverly get married in season 5, have a son in season 6 and divorce in season 7.

Geordi becomes Lt. Barclay's "partner" in season 6

That's so unbelievable. We all know that Tasha Yar warned Wesley about the danger of drugs...

Picard would have been unable to detect whether the people he encountered had something to hide or were in pain and subsequently the Enterprise would have been destroyed by season four...

The lifeform that impregnates Troi in the beginning of Season 2 impregnates Riker instead, who goes through some rather embarrassing hormonal changes, waddles onto the bridge in maternity wear, and gives birth to a bearded space baby.
Riker is then incontinent for the rest of the show's run.

Sounds like the novel Imzadi to me!

I was thinking the same thing. Then we could have a Commodore Date switching places with his contemporary counterpart.
