What holodeck program would you create?

I kind of touched base on this in my Fair Haven thread, but I figure I'd toss it out there for fun. If you were on the enterprise, what holodeck program would you create to spend your free time in?

Yeah, what's that old joke? That the worst job on the Enterprise is the guy who has to squeegee the walls of the holodeck.

And that's a 24 hour job.
