What happened to Dreamland?

Has anyone heard what the story is regarding the animated serial Dreamland? I'd have thought it would have been released in the UK by now, otherwise it might start running into things like Water of Mars and the finale.

I know we won't be able to see it (officially...) in North America for awhile (assuming they decide to release it to DVD like they did Infinite Quest).

There is info on it in the latest DWM - according to the article, the first part will be released on the BBC's interactive service "later this month" (i.e., within the next two weeks).

I'm assuming it will be after the Doctor appears on Sarah Jane's show, I read it was supposed to set it up.

Dreamland does get named checked The Prisoner of The Judoon (not really a spoiler as they only mention the name).

Cool, so if they're putting it out on that service soon, then the regular broadcast version should follow (I assume it'll air before the last special). Then we can wait and see if it gets a DVD release. Ideally it should be part of the specials box set (if they do one - so far we're only hearing about individual releases) but they never included Infinite Quest with Season 3 so I'm assuming it'll be a standlone that the UK will get in 2010. Hopefully they won't wait a year to release it in Region 1 like they did with Quest. Hopefully the change in Doctors will encourage BBC Video/2 Entertain to get Dreamland in circulation over here sooner.
