Well, there is a short story by David Gerrold called "The Kennedy Enterprise," set in an alternate timeline where JFK was an actor who starred in a 60s science fiction show called Star Track, and who was murdered by a crazed fan.

Toronto (Hello!) Is this true? or am I being gullable ... That is an amazing fact if so,. Didn't Gerrold write some of the TAS as well? I seem to remember him talking in a Directors Commentary about one of the better TAS Eps.
