Apocalypse Rising for me - I had only one DS9 VHS when I was younger (it formed my entire star trek video collection) and because I loved trek I used to watch it constantly! Still love the episode!

In The Pale Moonlight - seen it at least 10 times, but I haven't watched it in months.
Soldiers of the Empire, not because I like it, I think of it as a boring Klingon episode, but its where I had a huge break in watching DS9 before taking it up again and I watched it before continuing Children of Time. I think I've also watched In the Cards and Call to Arms quite a bit because of having only that CD available to watch for a while before I could get S6.
Mostly, I try to watch the episodes in order however.
