What do you think "Voyager" would have been like if Micheal Pillar didn't leave after season 2?

It's funny because I asked this very same question in the DS9 forum because he left after it's season 2 as well. To me Pillar is basically the main reason 24th century Trek ever worked to begin with. I also think "Voyager" would have been seen in a more favorable light if he had stayed because the first 2 seasons are just as good as some of the good seasons of TNG and DS9 and we also know he was wanting to elevate the show some more with story arc's and basically making the show fit better with the era in which it was being shown.
I think it' a given that Suder and Seska would have stayed on the show. While i'm not sure if the Kazon would stay because I don't think they were liked that much I think the Vidians would have still been used. I think the show wouldn't have as many space battles but maybe a little more technobabble because he was the guy that basically embraced that stuff. Some might say their would be more starfleet/maquis conflict but I think they would actually used characters like Suder and Seska more to create internal conflict on the show. Also Pillar never really felt like he was a big action guy so any arc's or world building I think would be more a long the lines of people starting to have families aboard the ship and maybe the ship starting to fall apart but not to levels of a "Year of Hell" setting.
I also don't think he would go for a Seven of NIne if the show felt they needed more sex appeal. I do think he would bring in a sexy female character but I don't think he would go for such a outrageous catsuit on her. I also think we would still see the Borg but not sure if they would be used as much as they were. When "Voyager" started their was basically 3 things I knew would happen. We would see the Borg, the 2 Ferengi trapped in the Delta Quadrant and some kind of connection back to Alpha Quadrant. To me those were inevitable storylines they would feel the need to do.
