What do you miss the most "Discovery" black badges vs "Orville" Jar of Pickles failed catchphrase?

It's something that came to me last night and that is "Orville" no longer is having Captain Mercer doing the, Open a Jar of Pickles, bit with Allura and then you compare that to something from "Discovery" that seems to also have been tossed out and I thought it would be a fun question.

Me I will go with the black badges. They were cool looking and new thing for Trek and also a possible link to Section 31 or something else as interesting. The Pickles joke wasn't horrible but I just didn't think it had staying power for a joke to keep going back to.

Aren't the Black Badges the only real option? After all, they are only seen briefly in one scene in an early episode, set up as a mystery that never really gets explained, and have seemingly disappeared.

The "jar of pickles" line's been used, what three times so far, and could be used again before the season ends.

I miss neither. It's OK if they are never mentioned again.

I don't think there's been an opportunity for the "jar of pickles" line in the last couple of episodes, but I hope it does become a catchphrase. It would be cool if they're having a party in one episode and Mercer asks her to literally open a jar of pickles.
