Watching "Endgame" after seeing STXI, I realized that the future-EMH is doing a really really bad Captain Robau cosplay in that blue uniform with the stripe. (doesn't count, I know... but in-universe those uniforms are a fuglified rehash of 200 year old gear)
I noticed that in "Shattered", when Chakotay kidnaps past-Janeway, he backs around an alcove in her ready room and emerges in a corridor network that can't possibly fit on the top deck.
Watching "Flashback" I noted that Janeway was a rather large little girl. I immediately linked it to her line in a later episode "I don't like bullies" - I suddenly realized she probably meant it from personal experience and not in the detached "I don't like the idea of bullying" way I'd assumed before.
When I saw "Future's End" I noticed that the Braxton at the end is wearing a slightly different uniform to the Braxton at the beginning. A very neat touch to go with his "I never experienced that timeline"
