What did/does the Borg say to the kazon whenever they cross paths?

Usually they say... "We are the Borg. We will assimilate your biological and technological distinctiveness. Your culture will adapt to serve us. Resistance is futile."
"We are the Borg. Your biological and technological distinctiveness is disgusting. Get lost."

"How the HELL did you manage to take over Voyager while we keep getting our asses kicked?"
The Borg didn't have Seska (I could see her trying to take over the position of Borg Queen...).

What always surprised me is the Borg going after single passenger crafts, like that guy in Hope and Fear.
If the ship has interesting technology, who cares how many people are on it?

You do remember that Arturis was a one man terrorist front?

Benig the last of his people his sole ambition in life was to destroy the Borg?

Subliminally, liminally and superliminally.

Goodness knows how many drones he'd been responsible for the sanctioning of?

ENEMY OF THE BORG.

Everyone else gets a benefit of the doubt period of grace where they're ignored, during which the Borg think that they're salesmen at a timeshare retreat and they're advertising to potential customers the benefits of assimilation.

Look but don't touch is the only rule the Borg have during one of their presentations.

I guess, Kazon scull structure makes neuronal implants impossible. Maybe they use only the bodies and transplant someone's head on it...

How did you know, they were never assimilated?

That they are nothing that contributes to the "evolution" of the Borg might indeed be reasonable to explain "nonassimilation".

"We are the Borg. You will not be assimilated. The last time we assimilated a dumb species we ended up with the Borg Queen and we've pretty much been fucked since."

"We are the Borg. We were going to assimilate you, but then we realized you suck. Your biological and technological distinctiveness would only make us lame. But if you don't mind, do you know any superior species that might be worth assimilating? Thanks."

Seska - who happened to be a Cardassian spy agent and 4 heavily armed carriers.

Realistically, if Kazon technology was outdated compared to Voyager (and depending by how much) - speculation indicated by several decades... then Voyager shouldn't have been taken as it was and could have went up against all 8 carriers seeing how Federation tecnology would evolve at an exponential rate in short periods of time (especially when you take into account 150 different races working together).
Granted... with Seska joining the Kazon, she already had some kind of knowledge of relatively advanced Cardassian and SF technology which she shared with Culluh (as indicated in the episode Alliances).

To Kazon credit, they had 4 heavily armed carriers going up against Voyager, which held on its own very well before that idiot Kazon blew himself up and impaired the ship's main power - otherwise, it would have probably been a victory for SF crew.

The writers took the Borg in a wrong direction by introducing the Queen (a limitation factor subject to making mistakes).

Aside from that... if the Borg encounter the Kazon, its likely they detect them from a large distance and simply avoid them.

Remember, the Borg wouldn't attack unless they see the opposing ship as a threat... so in that regard... they are less than a microscopic nuisance that couldn't do anything even if they wanted to (even Voyager had a tough time doing any damage most of the time and barely getting out of situations in one piece - only that was a more advanced ship).

The Kazon rebellion was 50 years earlier where they "liberated" the Trabe fleet.

We are to believe that the Kazon have not built new capital ships because they probably can't, and that their fleet is probably falling apart held together by happy thoughts since no one is formally educated, it's just you're born in engineering, and you work in engineering until you die in engineering... Which is just an "Apprenticeship" by another name.

If they don't have transporters that puts them a generation before Archers Enteprise.

250 years behind Voyager.

Voyager should have been using transporters to empty Kazon crews into space.

Cullah certainly did after having transporters for half an hour.

If O'Brien can transport through Kirks Enteprise's Shields when they're on, kazon shields which didn't know that transporters were a real thing, should have been transparent to Tuvok. It's almost seemd like the crew of Voyager wanted a fight fair, when they could have won so easily on every front becuase they didn't want to seem like bullies.

Why the frakk weren't they building more tricolbot devices?

I grew up watching Blakes Seven.

The good guys had a ship the bad guys needed a fleet to match evenly.

That's what I was promised for Voyager and I was denied.

The Kazon could have been effective villains once we got over their hairstyles. They were based on L.A. gangs, who had weapons equaling or better than those carried by LAPD. Instead, the Kazon were technologically inferior to nearly every other race seen in the Delta Quadrant (except for that planet where they stranded the crew).
