My eyes are hazel. Their shade (green/brown) changes depending on what I am wearing. I have a green shirt on today so my eyes have a green tint.

Wow. Mine really change depending on what I wear--from blue to green all the way to steel grey. I'm not exactly sure what that would count as!

Best way to tell is to just check in the mirror next time you're naked.

Mine are blue with a bright ring of yellow around the innermost thingamabob.

Obviously the colours of your clothing reflect in your eyes but your eyes don't actually change colour. If your eyes usually appear blue or grey then you can determine your eye colour by studying which colour is more dominant.
According to a wiki article this is a grey eye and so is this.
This is a Hazel eye. These are Amber eyes. This is a brown eye and so is this one. This is a blue one.

As a side note, I've never really gotten the whole being attracted to someone because of their eye color thing. I'm not sure I've ever noticed the eye color on anyone, whether I've liked them or not. The girl I like now, I couldn't possibly tell you what color eyes she has, at least not without looking very closely at one of her pictures. Which is probably why I bow to the judgment of others when it comes to describing my own eyes.
