I wonder what matte will be used for the underground complex. We all know that they will update it with a CGI matte, but we also know they can’t use the same one from the remastered Devil in the Dark. Whatever it is, it needs to be original and completely "wow" us, even if the matte painting had always been meant to be insignificant.

Me, personally, I'd like to see them bring back Nichelle Nichols to dub in a new line like "No means no!" that way the audience is reassured that she wasn't raped Ike Turner style. They can even bring in Steve Sandor to quip "Lars respects your free-spirit feminine independence and will not oppress you during your quest to shatter the glass ceiling."

...I miss the 90s.

Oh well, if she's an alien I will respect her alien ways and split ends. I just thought maybe her thrall hairstylist had hit the Aldebaran whiskey or Andorian ale a bit too much that morning. I can remember my mother's big hair in the 70's and coming home a time or two with a bit too much... something; Bad dye or burnt perm. More nostalgia.

-CGI off Uhura's uniform, replace with Leia's metal bikini from Return of the Jedi

-Kirk should wager a Klingon Bird of Prey on the outcome of his fight. Those brains would want one because those ships are so kewl

-At the end, the brains reneg on their promise, so Kirk gets out Gallagher's sledge-o-matic and paints the walls of that cave with grey matter.
