I feel tempted to disqualify Doctor Who because it's in a category all by itself and its value isn't really linked to individual episodes or arcs or actuak quality etc etc etc, but I'll put it in anyway.
I think Dracula or Hannibal for second place.The former is a pretty radical reworking of the mythos and I enjoy it for what it is (which is a very well-made and intriguing romp with interesting characters) and the latter is a solid and intense thriller/drama which provides us with a fascinating take on Will Graham and his relationship with the titular Dr Lector.
I might have said GoT, but so far I've only been watching it on Blu-Ray. (Sky's NowTV might change this if they show season four.)
