What are your most prized or unusual autographed Item(s)?

And of course the faded polaroid of when my wife met Nimoy at a store event in 1976:

I love it!

My only Trek autograph is a photo of Patrick Stewart.

Outside Trek, I have two of note. John Kennedy's book, The Strategy of Peace, w/ his signature ("Jack Kennedy") on his U.S. Senate business card, glued to the inside cover. Bought it used for 50 cents; obviously they hadn't noticed the autograph. :-)

And a photo that I took of Ted Kennedy in about 1962, inscribed to me, which is especially prized this week.

I have a 'Simpsons' Number 1 figure (from the Stonecutters episode) signed by Patrick Stewart as well as a photo of Patrick and me which he later signed.

More recently I have a photo of Chris Pine as Kirk signed 'To Ian - Buckle Up!! Chris Pine' that I got at the London Premiere of ST09 :techman:

I have Shatner's signaure on a Maryland Public Television news release touting a series in which he starred about saving the planet back in the eighties. I wrote him commending his work for the environment, and he wrote back. Also have one of Mr. Doohan's Trek Insignia's off of his uniform from STIV... no documentation though.

OH MY! My heart just went pitty patter!

I've never been big on autographed items, but i did have something many years ago (clueless as to what i did with it), that i wish i still had. When TOS originally aired, i was a faithful watcher and fan letter writer. (I was 10 at the time!) I had the 8 x 10 B&W autographed glossies that they sent out to people who sent fan letters. I had all the crew, and to this day i still remember what De Kelly wrote on mine, "With emotion, DeForest Kelley". I wish i still had that!

BTW, when i wrote to Shatner, i proposed marriage to him. Again, remember, i was ten! :) He never responded to the proposal, but he did send me an autographed pic!
