What are your controversial Star Trek opinions?

Hi, this is Jim Rockford. At the tone leave your reason for posting a stupid comment.

Besides, the issue would have been the same regardless of Michael's gender. The point is, she was Spock's sibling and he never talked about her. Or Sybok for that matter, until it became relevant.

Yep. But hey, let's take the wrong direction to go and make the thread unpleasant. Gotta be her genitals.

Spock's funny that way.

It's almost a religion in my part of Virginia. The series was set not far from where I grew up and live. It's not my favorite show ever but it's definitely earned a soft spot in my heart, especially the theme music. The 1971 pilot TV-movie "The Homecoming" is exquisite and required Holiday viewing for me.

A bit too young for Waltons, but I remember the glory days of shows like Knight Rider and Airwolf and the A Team. Even MacGyver, before it turned into anti-gun propaganda at the end.

The perfect video to link this with Trek. :p

I've never seen The Waltons. It's probably pretty good, and I don't doubt the people who say it's worth checking out, but it doesn't really sound like my type of show.
