What Are You Wearing?

^

^I saw a charcoal grey leopard print dress that I'm dying for. And I bet a guy could actually pull of a subtle grey leopard shirt under a suit if he was feeling flashy.

I'd love to see that on the right guy! "Subtle grey" is exactly the kind of leopard print that I like anyway. Iguana, we're waiting...

I'm 5'3" too, so add another gal who can share your wardrobe! It's actually kind of an awkward height for a woman as well; I find I'm generally too short for regular sizes and too tall for petite sizes. Though on the plus side, it means I can shop both in regular and petite sections, which gives me a lot of options. I've definitely found this a bonus when shops don't have a skirt or dress I want in my size: if they don't have a 4 or a 6 I can fit in a 6 or an 8 petite. I wish I could just afford to have everything custom made, though!

Good description of being 5'3"!

I was telling my hair stylist today what you said about the Atomic Turquoise lasting so well. She wasn't surprised at all. Said Manic Panic is better than most of the "professional" brands. So we may do turquoise one day. :D

Capris and a teal t-shirt.

I can't wait for it to get cold enough to wear a sweater and jeans.

It's 86F/30C here right now. Ridiculous for October!

I'm wearing this new tie-dyed top with jeans, black tie shoes with 2 1/2 heels and black trouser socks, black Coach bag, and amethyst earrings.

A little too warm right now, but I spent several hours in a slightly chilly lecture hall, and it was perfect.

^Yeah, to tell the truth, I am sick of this hot weather. I want autumn! Love the top, btw!

I've been sick in bed all day. Like, I woke up at 5 and have done nothing but slurp chicken broth, so I'm wearing a lavender tank top and grey sweat shorts. I was supposed to go to my friend's housewarming party tonight, but that's not happening. If I was going I'd probably wear the leopard swing dress.

I'm having a lazy fashion day: jeans and a sweater.

you know, there's like a lot of people here who are 5'3, including me ;)
I know all about the size problem, but I mainly solve it by going to south European countries while on vacation. Most Italian, Spanish, French and Turkish brands look good on me and are way cheaper in the country of origin. When I'm in the US I always go to get some jeans, when I buy them here, they're too long and I have to shorten them. (Damn those tall Dutch people!)
