An elliptical shirt or skirt is longer in the back than the front, so when you look at it from the side, the hem is at a slight (or not so slight!) angle.

Actually, it took me so long to free myself from the slavery of black, grey, and navy blue. But once you make that step, there is no turning back.Definitely does. Wish I could wear colours better. Or with more confidence :-(.
