What are you watching???

Meet Ian McNeice (Bert) at a convention once; he's as sweet and cuddly as you'd expect. He liked the village where they film so much that he bought a little cottage there.

Today, saw Dr. Strange at the theater. I enjoyed it.

Not quite so nice in Dune though:D

Tonight, last but one episode of Teen Wolf Season 5, Humans Season 2 catchup from last night and then Supergirl:)

Just finished Trollied and am now watching the first episode of Person of Interest season 3 (on Blu).

After that, it'll be The Flash season 3.

Just finished Trollied...

Ah another Trollied fan! I met Samuel Anderson and Nick Blood at conventions recently and they must have thought I was odd because instead of talking about Doctor Who and Agents of SHIELD, I wanted to talk about Trollied.

For me, it's been Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash, Trollied and Doctor Who: The Waters of Mars.

I'd probably have done the same (and maybe mentioned Babylon with Nick as well) :)

Currently, it's Now You See Me 2, then Arrow. (Legends is tomorrow here)

"The House That Dripped Blood" with Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee, scripted by Robert Bloch no less.

My idea of post-election comfort food.

Bloodrayne

Easily the worst "video game" movie I've seen. Extremely boring and nonsensical, with bad writing and actors who put basically no effort into their performances (not that I blame them, with this material). I'd heard about how bad this one, but experiencing it showed me how painful it actually is. This is 100 minutes I wush I could get back :sigh:

If you really want to wish for time back, try adding Bloodrayne two and three to the list to watch. Alone in the Dark was also pretty bad too.

I'm currently watching Z-Nation, but Person of Interest and Blacklist are on the schedule for later.

:barf2: I only watched it because I'm following a podcast that watches video game movies and discusses them, so I wanted to see the movie before listening. Since they plan to eventually get to all video game based movies on the podcast, I'll probably end up being more familiar with Uwe Boll's filmography then I ever wanted to be :sigh:

Well, for the second and third, it's mostly a different cast from the first(but I can't say it helps much). I think I've seen seven of his films (BR x3, In the Name of the King, Far Cry, Tunnel Rats and the first of the Alone in the Dark series).Tunnel Rats is the only one which isn't a video game adaption (as far as I know)

I may occasionally have masochistic tendencies - either that or most of them are post pub movies:lol:

Saw The Arrival today. Odd, very emotional film. Very quiet, personal story--could have easily been about 15 minutes shorter and the random narration is a bit strange..but I enjoyed it. A nice change from the usual, loud, Michael-Bay-exPLOsions type of films that usually involve alien contact.

Silent Hill (2006 Film)

Watching this movie feels like what I'd imagine being in Silent Hill feels like, and that isn't a complement.
