This morning I watched the Columbo movie It's All In The Game. Peter Falk wrote the story and Columbo got to kiss Faye Dunaway several times. Coincidence? I think not.

Yeah, they tried to fake us out a bit by adding that assistant for Booth. I like all the interns, but if I had to pick one to go it would be that guy who went out with Angela for a while. I'm sorry to see Mr Nigel-Murray go.

Man, Death Note gets into some doldrums around episode 17 or so. I'd guess it's because the core dynamic of the show (Light v. L) is put on hold while Light doesn't have possession of the note. It's not bad, but you know, it's not as good as what came before.

Also, it's hard to suspend disbelief when the reaction to the existence of Kira is not the rapid establishment of martial law.

Also also, Misa doesn't really make a lot of sense. I can accept that she would be totally on board the mass murder train, but it's not as easy to swallow that she doesn't get that Light isn't just a serial killer, but is a manipulative asshole who doesn't care about her at all, and even appears to be completely asexual.
