What are you watching?

Tonight, I watched The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, followed by the blooper reel from Scott Pilgrim vs the World, 'cause I needed a laugh.

And now I'm watchin' Stargate Continuum on DVD.

Yesterday, I watched Wolf Man, the one of recent vintage. I won't call it a remake, because it had absolutely nothing in common with the classic movie aside from a couple of recycled names.

Iguanas pretending to be dinosaurs.

I love those old movies too.

I recently bought a bunch of old movies and we are currently going through them. Yesterday/last night we watched "The Philadelphia Story" and "Rope."

Oh, that reminds me, i MUST tell Holdfast he was so right about the costuming on Rope!

I don't understand it either, but it's not for me to judge. I'm sure a lot of people here would think many of my interests are ridiculous! :D I just don't like seeing people used as an easy target (I accept you may not realise that's what you were doing).

Spring training - Yankees at Phillies

:p :p :p

(as to why I'm always watching baseball: I collect games on DVD. So during the offseason, I'm usually watching those. Spring Training just started, so I watch it. Opening Day isn't for another month.)

Dark Star and Assault on Precinct 13.

I had not seen either film before. Dark Star was very impressive for a student film and lots of fun, but not as good as I've heard some claim. It's very rough, but I enjoyed watching it.

Assault was awesome. Classic Carpenter, I loved every bit of it.
