What are you doing at this moment?

Thinking what to watch next after I finish my Game of Thrones marathon that I started last month. Was thinking House of the Dragon ... as I need to watch season 2, but there is plenty of time until season 3 starts. Thinking something different from Game Of Thrones. I'll decide later.

Gulf of America my butt.

But wish I was on a cruise ship too. Preferably one of those big fancy ones with crazy water slides on top.

I'm a bit old for the water slides but there is a 10 storey tall dry slide on this one that is rather fun!

Sitting and browsing the net while having coffee. Also, smelling a light cleaning smell as I just had my floors professionally cleaned. Basking in its beauty, lol. Think I will make a tuna pickle sandwich.
Professionally Cleaned floors and Tuna Pickle sandwiches utterly Rule with Supreme Levels of Excellence!!!

The wood chipper I ordered from Tractor Supply Company has been delivered. I found the assembly instructions on the internet, and am now going to uncrate the box and assemble the wood chipper.

I like both tuna and pickles, but I have literally never heard of this, and I wouldn't have thought these were things that went well together. How do you do it? Are the pickles chopped up and mixed in the tuna?
Wouldn't be easier to spread the tuna on bread, then slice the pickles thin and put them on the tuna, and cover with another slice of bread?

Probably? But it would probably also be easier to lay a thin slice of onion across the top of the tuna rather than chopping it and mixing it in, but I wouldn’t make tuna with onion that way either!

Waiting for a call from the pump company, so they can come out and replace my leaky domestic water tank. When I called yesterday, it was after the field service man had finished his work for the day. They asked if I wanted an estimate, I said no, just replace the tank. Water is not something I am willing to do without.

I prefer sliced vegetables on sandwiches. I have a deli slicer, that I use to slice meat and vegetables for sandwiches. If a recipe calls for chopped onions, I will run the onions twice through a french fry potato cutter. The potato cutter also will do a good job chopping a head of lettuce.
