no, the first way around is correct. It's easy to memorize as Shaun the sheep was named by Wallace and Gromit after he got shorn (it's a play with homophones).

Nothing, it's just my daily exercise. I had to run in the shade today as it was hotter than Hell! so I need to recover from that a little, the room is 29 degrees but it feels cool compared to what's going on outside! Unbelievable! Remember that I've only moved a few months ago and that kind of climate needs a little getting used to.

having lunch break and trying not to melt - it's awully hot and humid today. Thank heavens I needn't cook today. Got some quark-dumplings and compote left from yesterday. (Quark is a sort of curdled milk / cream-cheese / cottage cheese thingy. Almost no fat nor carbs but all the protein. It's the stuff originally used for the famous German cheese cake)

Listening to music while getting some things together for a work program tomorrow and digesting a smoothie that turned out better than I thought it would be except for being a little heavy on the ginger. I've discovered I do better just making up my own mixes. Stuff online tends to be either crazy sweet or weirdly textured.
