What are you doing at this moment?

I have up ended my crafting area, with the intention of working on my model trams, but I just created an unholy mess that I haven’t the energy to deal with. Worse still, I dumped a load of stuff on the sofa. I can’t even procrastinate in any kind of comfort.

I've had days like that. I start out with good intentions but then I run out of steam.

I made a quick inventory of everything I own (I tend to put my eggs in many many baskets). Turns out I am richer than I thought. Yeah!!!:D

I am still not gonna totally retire though... I mean a little work now and then won't kill me, will it?

Trying to keep warm in our drafty house while nursing a sore throat. Bah and Humbug.

Got our county property tax bill (to put with our city tax bill and our flood control tax bill). Double Bah and :censored::censored::censored::censored:.

Still, got some filing done, straightened up a bit and took out the recycling. Later, when I make dinner, I'm going to find something I can bake in the oven, because that warms up the entire first floor.

Ordered some Ignition coil packs and spark plugs for my commuter car..(She's showing a misfire on the #3 cylinder and my OBD scanner recommends that along with many forum entries)..gotta love it..

Hopefully the sore throat clears up fast.
What did you bake?

Made breaded pork chops with a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg; baked at 425 F for 15 minutes. Came out perfect.

I have almost completely lost my voice. I can barely whisper. Generally feeling crummy. Will have to venture out to the store later for drinks and maybe some snacks-- luckily the store is only a 5 minute drive.

We like it, plus it's super easy and fast to make.

If you are looking for a good spice mix, we use Penzey's Tsardust Memories. I'm a terrible cook, so the premade mixes are a really easy way to boost the flavor of simple dishes.

Penzey's FTW.

They have a store a short distance from here.
