Did some surveys on Survey Junkie and changed the battery on one of the smoke alarms. God, I hate those things. They chirp all of a sudden and I jump about a foot.
Don’t panic! I’m panicking too, as per usual. I dare not take my meds because I have a tummy bug and don’t want to waste them if I’m sick. So trying to relax, but the little one is practicing guitar, not helping. I need to make bacon butties for them, treat their hair, go to recycling centre, go to laundrette, tidy the lounge for the little one and his friend to do clay modelling later as promised, update my blog, and take the leap and put my first story on KDP. Add to that, I can hear the troubled child is out on the street, and I’ll probably have to go break something up in a while. When I put it like that, it’s no wonder I can’t breathe. So, I’ve got a cup of tea, and I’m sat on the sofa, trying to relax.
Sweating, a lot. Done done tidying and cleaning, hot day. Trouble on t’street. Now having a cup of earl Grey, before I go blow the budget on a Chinese take Away and some beers to have with Ralph breaks the Internet.
We really enjoyed that movie. I hope you do, too. Having a mug of Irish Breakfast after early morning chores and before mid-morning chores. What a Saturday!
It was pretty good. Not as raucously hilarious as the trailers suggested, but still good. Right now, watching friends with a glass of wine.
